Acne  that nasty 4 letter word. You know the skin condition that leaves red bumps or sometimes mountains all over your face  and sometimes your body.

Acne or pimples come in all sizes and shapes. No matter how big or how small they are embarrassing to have. Whether you’re ten or fifty no one wants to have acne. Most of the time it leaves us when we leave our teenage years. Unfortunately, sometimes it follows us into our college days and beyond. Our faces can be as radiant as the non sun and as clear as glass but if there is one little red spot on the middle of our nose it ruins our whole appearance or so we think it does.
