We don’t even know what a mass gainer is. What is it? It is a supplement that will contain protein, carbohydrates, and maybe fats. This supplement is supposed to increase muscle mass in the body. It will also help you to gain weight if this is your desire. The facts are that it will get expensive but if you want to increase muscle mass and your weight through muscle mass you will have to pay for the supplement. It could get expensive if you use a lot of it. But if you do use a lot of it you will reach your goal. Really, they do not cost that much they are within any budget. The protein is supposed to enhance the workouts and build up muscle mass without reverting to steroids . (We will not even go into the danger of steroids in this article.) We need to get going and look at some of these mass building supplements.

Feedback: The product has garnered over 3200 reviews so it has attracted a lot of attention in the health market. There were some images of customers who used the product. In all honesty, in one of the before and after pictures the customer did not look healthy yes he built up muscle mass but he was too skinny-looking. The customer is almost 40 years old and is the type of person who bothers other people. He can eat whatever he wants and he will not gain weight. He started to use this protein supplement and he gained 20 lbs in 2 months and he hit the weight 4 times a week. He says it is hard to stay motivated to keep going to the gym and eat healthily and he is right. He says the protein milkshake was drinkable and it did not leave him feeling bloated so he did not feel like he was going to throw up. He gave some tips:
1. Use milk with the shake and not water. He thinks that you need to drink the milkshake supplement as concentrated as you can. Milk has 400 calories in it and it makes the chocolate shake taste better than drinking it with water.
2. Using a blender is a hassle to clean up. But here is his way around that. Dump the milk into the blender first and run the blender for a few seconds. Next, pour the powder into the milk that has frothed up. The powder will fill into the milk and it will not stick to the sides of the blender. This makes the cleaning of the blender much easier.
3. Add a banana to the mix (if you like bananas) because it will make the shake taste better. The customer claims the potassium is good for the muscles. I have never heard that potassium is good for the muscles. It is true because the potassium helps the muscles to move.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (yuk) to the shake it will improve the taste. Use creamy, not chunky because the chunks of peanuts get wet and soggy and they are disgusting. This will load the calorie count to almost 2000 calories and I do not think a lot of peanut butter is good for the heart or the arteries. He says the peanut butter degases the shake so you are not sloshing down bubbles. This way you will not get prematurely full.
5. He claims that you should use a 45oz. blender bottle because you can pour the whole shake into the container.
6. He says don’t drink the shake all at once because you want to be able to eat full meals. He drinks half after dinner and the other half at work after breakfast. But if you drink it the way he is saying to it may sit in the stomach and you cannot sleep. The morning dose would put too much food into the stomach in the morning. This will not be good if you have a desk job.
He rated the product 5 stars and he has given a very detailed and constructive review. This review has very helpful information in the contents.
The customer explains he is a 5’6″ male that weighs 120 lbs. He says he is a small male that does not like to eat. He cannot figure out why he does not like to eat so he tried this protein drink. He says he has a 50lb weight and he has worked his upper and lower body. He drank this shake and he gained 12-15 lbs in one month. He said he made the mistake of drinking the shake all at once and it made him feel nauseous so he could not eat regular food. I wonder if his body was trying to tell him something here? He changed the routine so he began to drink the protein shake every 2 to 3 hours. It worked for him and he added milk and peanut butter to the shake. He thinks part of the weight gain was regular muscle mass. He rated the milkshake 5-stars. He showed before and after pictures, I believe and to tell you the truth you really could not tell the difference in the weight gain in the before and after images. The customer is so thin that it will take some time to see a big difference in his weight gain.
Benefits and Uses: This particular protein powder contains 50 grams of protein per package which will build the muscles and restore the process. The mixture sustains energy because it contains 252 carbohydrates and 1270 calories per each serving. It has Chia seeds, Flax, and MCT’S which will add a pound or two to the body. It can be used as a post-workout recovery element or as a dense shake between meals. It has a great taste the company claims.
Feedback: The customer says he tried the milkshake and so far he is liking it. He says that he read reviews that people said the shake was really thick when they drink it. He thinks he has found a way around this. Actually, he did not find this way but he read the instructions much more carefully then the other clients had. He noticed the instructions said to shake the bag before you even make the shake. This will loosen the powder up and the shake will not be so thick when it is mixed together. The customer claims this is a key point and the customer thinks there is too much sugar content in the milkshake. The customer assumes there is a lot of sugar in the milkshake even though there are no sugars listed in the ingredients. So, he cannot make the statement that there are a lot of sugars in the milkshake when there are not any sugars listed in the ingredients. He says he is not an expert and based on that self-admission he should not be saying there are too many sugars in the ingredients. Especially when the company has not listed any sugars in their product. The customer rated the protein 5-stars. But he does not say if the product has helped him gain weight. This is where the review lacks any weight because it does not list any benefits the product offers. The customer does not like chocolate milkshakes but he likes the taste of this chocolate milkshake. * One customer who commented on the review said the first ingredient is a sugar that is listed in the ingredients. So, let me correct my comments above that the customer was right in saying the product had sugars in it but he did not realize the first ingredient was a sugar.
The customer was already at a strong weight before she started taking this supplement. She weighed 171 lbs and she took the supplement and now she is up to 180 lbs. She was heavy, to begin with, so I wonder if this is really healthy for her to be putting on this extra weight. She is a heavy weightlifter (she lifts for one hour 5 days a week. She says this should be supplemented with meals because she would drink it on an empty stomach and she had to visit the restroom 30 minutes later. She is going to try another mass gaining product to see if it works better. The customer adds other foods to the milkshake that are high in calories such as peanut butter. Peanut butter does not sound like the healthiest food to be eating it is high in calories and fat content. For whatever reason, the customer rated the product 4-stars. She is weightlifting but she is at a very high and unhealthy weight for a female. She should be lifting weights that are great. But it seems to me that she is putting on too much weight. What happens when she stops lifting weights? The muscle weight increase will turn into fat then she may be in trouble healthwise.
This customer says the product tastes better with water than with milk. He claims the product mixes completely with water than with milk. This makes no sense because milk is heavier than water and would mix better and blend better with the powder than water would. The customer says this is the first protein product that tastes better with water. He says this powder mixed with milk does not hold compare to another protein powder that is mixed with water. The customer says it is a great product overall. This statement contradicts his 4-star rating which reflects he does not think the product is all that great as he says. He did not detail if the product was helping to gain weight or not. He does not list any benefits the product offers. This review will not help to sell this product and he says this product mixed with milk tastes lousy compared to the other protein powder mixed with milk. He should not be writing the product is inferior to another product of the same nature. This will definitely turn potential customers away from this product.
Benefits and Uses: The company says they use the best ingredients and nutrients used to gain size and strength. Each serving contains 52 grams of protein which is standard as other powders contain the same amount of protein per serving. This is a first because the product contains 1300 calories per serving so you will not use muscle mass to burn. What you burn is not stated. If you use muscle mass to burn anything the muscle mass will decrease I believe. The product contains 17 grams of BCAAs which are building blocks that help to synthesize proteins.
Feedback: The veteran powder user says he has been using the product for years. The bag is now easy to reseal and it helps him to hit calorie goals he claims. He says it has no useless sugars in the ingredients. He says he has not gained any body weight from consuming this product but why is he using it if he is not gaining body weight? The whole point of using the product is to gain body mass weight. He says it may feel weird taking in all the nutrients at one time but I have never heard this said before. The customer wisely says to pay attention to the charts because one is with milk the other for water when using this protein powder. He says to wash your hands after you use the powder because it is so powerful. I doubt the product would have any effect on the body fit was absorbed through the skin. It cannot be that powerful of a protein powder.
Benefits and Uses: The product is a lean weight producer as it contains 6 protein sources in it. It has over 45 grams of protein per serving but it contains no soy protein. But the problem is that this mass gainer contains less protein per serving than other protein powders contain. It will be a weaker protein powder than the other protein shakes. It contains 90 grams of carbs, 10 grams of BCAA, and 5 grams of fiber per serving. It contains 700 grams of calories per serving which is less than half of the grams of calories per serving of other protein shakes/ The milkshake will not taste chalky but rich and creamy and the texture will not feel chalky either. The company suggests you mix 3 scoops of the product in 16 oz. of water. Or you can use the beverage of your choice and you need to vary the amount of liquid to reach the desired consistency. Drink it once a day or how many times a day you need to so you can reach your protein or mass-gaining needs. To increase your protein and calorie intake mix the powder in milk.
Feedback: The review really focuses on the great taste of the milkshake product. The customer says they have tried several milkshake protein drinks in the past. They tasted crude and metallic. He said it tastes like a cross between dog food and pennies. This sounds like an exaggeration to me that they would taste this bad. This milkshake product tastes like a melted McDonald’s milkshake the customer claims. This is a very fine tasting product according to the client. The client rates the product 5-stars but he does not detail why he rated the product 5-stars nor does he say what any of the benefits of the product are good for adding weight to the body. The review focuses on the taste of the product and nothing else. This review is lacking in substantial content and it will not help to sell this product.

Feedback: This power lifter bought this product for his dad who is a cancer patient and he lost a lot of weight. He made a smoothie with this protein powder every day and his dad gained all the lost weight back and the client says it was this product that was the sole cause of the weight gain for his dad. The customer rated the product 5-stars.
