Best Soy Protein Powders

(Last Updated On: December 12, 2018)

You see that soybeans are naturally loaded with proteins. Manufacturers to make soy protein will grind the soybean into meals that have no hulls or fat. Soybeans are also low in fats. So, I do not understand why people think soybeans are so bad for the human body. Soybeans are rich in proteins and low in fats. You cannot get healthier food than that can you? The reality is that soybeans are healthy for you to consume. And soy proteins can be one of the healthiest protein powders you will ever consume. So, we need to accept that soy proteins are healthy. This article will review some healthy soy proteins. We need to get underway.

Benefits and Uses: The product is NOW Informed Sport and Informed Choice Certified which really means nothing to me. It is a NON-GMO soy protein isolate and it is low in fats and carbohydrates. It has an impressive amino acid profile and it benefits proteins such as Genistein and Daidzein.

Feedback: This person has used a lot of powders and they shied away from soy because of all the negative hype. The person has now come home sort of speak because they are now using this soy protein. The customer says there are not ant negative points about the soy protein. It is a cheap soy protein but it it is not cheaply put together the customer says. There are other proteins that are more expensive and soy is quickly absorbed and it is also moderately absorbed the customer writes. This really does not make sense either the soy protein is quickly or moderately absorbed. He says whey is absorbed the quickest but he does not say what type of whey protein. The customer says you do not want to consume pure protein because it tastes bad.

He says this protein does not taste bad but like we said before he says some of them taste bad. The customer mixes the soy with other ingredients in a ratio of two parts soy and one part the other ingredients. The customer says you should not buy pre-mixed proteins because they have nasty ingredients in them. This may not always be the case because not all pre-mix proteins have bad ingredients in them. I really doubt that all manufacturers will put bad ingredients in their pre-mix proteins. I really wonder if any of them would put bad ingredients in their pre-mix proteins. The customer concludes he will not use any other soy proteins because this one mixes well and goes down easy. He says soy protein has more nutritional ingredients than whey does and it is sold at a reasonable price. The customer claims that people have fewer allergies and tolerance issues with soy protein also. The customer gave the product a 5-star rating.

The customer says they have many protein powders that are too sweet for them. This protein powder is not sweet at all but tastes a little nutty. The client says the protein powder is a little hard to mix. The client says you can add some sweet protein powders to this one and you are set to go. This protein product will supply you with plenty of protein without calories being added to the mix. This is in reference if you consume a 1/3 a cup of protein. You know that may sound like too much protein powder to be consuming at one time. The customer rates the protein 5-stars. The customer says they need protein to mix with their normal food but it does not mix well with everything. The customer uses it as a soy supplement. The customer says it is dry and they think it is because it is low in fat content. The customer mixes it with omelets, mashed potatoes and scrambled eggs. The customer has made a gravy with the soy supplement powder. The customer has mixed it with flour to add to foods but the client thinks the soy supplement can be used as a flour without really adding flour to the food. The customer has been adding soy meats to the foods instead of chicken or beef meats. I can never understand why people think eating chicken and beef is so unhealthy. They are two of the healthiest foods the human body can consume. The customer rated the product 4-stars which is odd. They were able to mix it into so many foods and they seem to like the soy protein product. You would think they would have rated the product 5-stars.

So many of the reviews written so for the soy protein products fail to detail any of the protein powder benefits. People, when they read product reviews, want to know how the product will benefit their health. They want to know if they are getting a value for their dollar and how the product will make them healthier and feel better. Telling the customer how it can benefit their quality of life or how they cannot live without the product is what will sell the product. I am not sure if a client is so concerned with how bad a product tastes because they can always add sugar, sweet proteins, fruit, almond milk, and a number of other products to spice up this bland tasting soy protein.

The customer says the product is not lumpy like some of the reviewers complained about. The customer thinks the protein is a protein then needs to be shaken to mix it up. The customer says the protein does not taste very good even after adding soy chocolate milk to it. The customer says that all soy proteins will not taste very good but he does not know this for a fact. He cannot prove this observation and he says he would drink sweet soy milk after consuming this soy protein. This is to erase the bad taste of the soy protein supplement. The customer rates the product 3-stars because of the bad taste. The low rating has nothing to do with the benefits or the quality of the protein supplement. It is based solely on the bad taste according to the customer and this is not a good reason to rate the product only 3-stars.

Six Star Pro Nutrition Elite Series Soy Protein Powder

q? encoding=UTF8&ASIN=B00DTWKOFW&Format= SL250 &ID=AsinImage&MarketPlace=US&ServiceVersion=20070822&WS=1&tag=balancemebeau 20&language=en US - Best Soy Protein Powders

Benefits and Uses: The product delivers 100%soy protein the company claims. It will build lean muscle, increase strength and shorten the recovery time from an extensive workout. It is free of harmful ingredients and it mixes easily and tastes great the company says. It delivers essential amino acids but it does not label what these essential amino acids are.

Feedback: The customer rated the product 5-stars but his review was totally irrelevant to the benefits or the quality of the product. He went on a rant about humans being able to adapt to harmful chemicals over time and he says estrogens are underrated. He thinks people are needlessly alarmed to soy protein. He says people are exposed to pesticides, etc. every day.

This is not true because most people are not exposed to the many chemicals he has listed. He should not have written the review because it had nothing to do with the product. This review holds no selling value for potential customers. These kinds of reviews will not help to sell products.

This customer writes that the protein powder mixes well in his osterizer. It has the same amount of grittiness as other protein powders he has consumed. He says these qualities alone would rate the powder 5-stars. But he has rated 3-stars because when the powder is mixed up it is way too foamy. He swallows a lot of air and it makes him belch excessively for these reasons he rated the product 3-stars. He does not know why the product becomes so foamy after it is mixed up in the osterizer. A weakness of this review is that the customer does not elaborate on the benefits of the product. He does not write whether it has helped his body in any way. Did it develop more lean muscle mass for him? Did it speed up his recovery time after a workout? Did it make him stronger? Critical questions such as these are not answered in the review. They are not even remotely answered.

The customer complains that the container is tall but it is only half full. It came in good condition and on time. The customer rated the product 5-stars and they say it mixes so well. The client uses soy because it helps in the digestive process. They say protein milkshakes bind the digestive system and she says to look at the weight before you buy the product. The package was not damaged upon arrival. The customer complains that the product is too hard to open, way too hard to open. If you can balance two basketballs in the palms of your hands you will not have trouble opening the container. The customer has to put the container between the legs and use both hands to screw the lid off. The customer has to put the lid back on the container the same way. The customer rated the product 3-stars and this is ridiculous because this container should not be this hard to open. The customer hopes the review will save other people the trouble of trying to open the container. The customer says he has two other brands in his possession that are not this hard to open.

The customer says the product has changed their life. They have had digestive issues for a time. They started taking this product and it has turned the digestive tract around. They say if they go one day without the consuming the product they can see a difference in the stomach. They say this is their go-to shake and they will not be quitting for a long time. They have told 5 friends, who have stomach issues, about the product. The customer went 5 days without drinking the shake and the implication was the customer noticed the difference in the stomach and digestive tract. If the customer is having these types of digestive and stomach problems then it may be time to go to the doctor. The milkshakes will not permanently resolve these issues. There could be much deeper problems going on here. This could be said of the friends who are having stomach issues as well. You just cannot take these types of stomach issues lightly and it seems like too many customers do. The milkshake will not be a long term solution for these issues. As soon as they stop consuming the milkshake the issues come back.

Is this good? I do not think so. The customer rated the product 5-stars. The customer says this is great sauce and I am not sure where the customer got the term sauce from. The client says they can go to school and they have enough energy to come home and work out for 2 hours. The client’s energy levels have increased a lot the customer implies. The customer rated the product 5-stars. Beyond the energy levels increasing the customer does not mention any other benefits of the product. Really a lot of reviews do not mention the benefits of the products that the reviews are written about. This review is about 4 years old from the time this article was written. The client lives in a nursing home and has trouble getting protein. For some reason meat makes the customer ill which is not a healthy attitude on the part of the client. The client eats vegetables a couple of times a week. They will mix the protein shake with some foods and it is a complete meal for the client. The client has poor eating habits and is not eating healthy on a regular basis. The customer rated the product 5-stars.

Bulksupplements Soy Protein Isolate Powder

q? encoding=UTF8&ASIN=B01K2UDXBK&Format= SL250 &ID=AsinImage&MarketPlace=US&ServiceVersion=20070822&WS=1&tag=balancemebeau 20&language=en US - Best Soy Protein Powders

Benefits and Uses: The product is made of 90% protein. It is lab tested for purity but the only problem is no links for the tests are given and the results of the research were not cited. It is rich in amino acids but what are those amino acids? The product is free of preservatives and additives. This is not a graphic product description at all and these types of product descriptions are always suspect. It seems like the company is trying to hide something from the public about their product.

Feedback: The customer says the consistency is grainy but not like sand but more like beans and nuts that were floured. This is an odd description of the consistency of the product. The customer says the taste and smell of whey protein do not appeal to her. She likes the taste of this product and she rates the product 5-stars. The flavor of this product reminds her of redbean which does not sound appealing at all. The customer gives the recipe for mixing the product up. But we will not include it here. The customer says do not let it get clumpy while you mix it up. If it does get clumpy then throw it in the blender to smooth it out. The customer says it will slightly foam up when you mix it in the blender.

Jarrow Formulas Iso-Rich Soy, Menopausal Support and Bone Health

q? encoding=UTF8&ASIN=B0013OQG64&Format= SL250 &ID=AsinImage&MarketPlace=US&ServiceVersion=20070822&WS=1&tag=balancemebeau 20&language=en US - Best Soy Protein Powders

Benefits and Uses: The product carries 32 oz. of soy protein. The product is packaged by weight not volume which may or may not be good. The product description stops here and this is all it contains. The company does not detail the ingredients or the benefits of the product. This is really suspicious because the company is not promoting their product whatsoever. Like we said before short product descriptions like this one are never a good sign.

Feedback: The customer and her husband are both in need of protein. The wife is trying to lose weight and the husband is trying to gain muscle mass. They both consume the protein powder in the morning. The wife will add it to other foods to spruce up the taste of the protein powder because it has a neutral taste. The customer says the protein powders they could afford tasted terrible so they tried this one. They say the vanilla flavor really does not taste like vanilla. The wife was turned off by protein powders because she consumed some really bad pea tasting protein powders. This protein powder has restored her confidence in protein powders and her husband is gaining muscle mass. The wife did not say if she was losing weight or not. The customer writes if they add the protein powder to other foods that are tasteless the protein powder leaves a metallic aftertaste in the mouth. The customer rated the product 5-stars.

Benefits and Uses: The product is a nourishing source of protein. Well, it should be because it is a soy protein powder. The product is free of gluten, dairy, and any sugars. It is good for vegans and vegetarians to add to their protein intake since their diets are lacking in protein intake. It is good to add to smoothies, pancakes and so much more.

Feedback: The customer likes the fact that it is protein but it tastes really bad. The customer said it tasted awful. The customer rated the product 3-stars because of the poor taste. The customer says this protein is inexpensive and apparently the taste reflects that.

We have covered some soy protein powders that will benefit you if you are trying to lose weight or increase muscle mass. The common problem in the reviews seems to be the soy proteins do not taste very good.
