The product is supposed to make your recovery times quicker and you will have better gains in future workouts. The product contains pure creatine monohydrate which is supposed to be the best natural muscle growth supplement available. The product also may build muscle faster and help the body to gain strength faster. The company claims its product is a science-backed muscle recovery and muscle builder drink. It will not only help the muscles recover faster but it will help the muscles to increase in mass. The company has no research results support the observation that their product is supported by scientific research. If a company is saying their product is supported by science than they need to supply links/results of the research to support this claim. Potential customers are relying on the fact that this product is supported by scientific research and that research must be documented in the product description.

All you need is one serving with your post-workout shake it is easy to consume and help you recover from your workout. If you do not love the product the company will fully refund your money. Again, the company reiterates that the product will help you recover faster and build muscle faster. They say that simpler forms of creatine are not any better than “mono” creatine which their product contains. The product is made of purely natural ingredients and it contains no dyes

The company also says that you will experience results in the first two weeks of using the product. This product plus a protein drink is all you need to drink after your workout. It is the ultimate post-workout drink.

Feedback: The customer is in his 50’s and he was trying another recovery product. He said the product did not work for him as he felt so sore it paralyzed him. He stopped working out because of the soreness the workouts caused. He tried this product after working out and the soreness was minimal. He kept exercising and he lost 25 lbs. This product has really helped him. He rated the product 5-stars. The customer rated the product 3-stars. The customer says they are confused by the product. The results he is experiencing are confusing him. He says he has water retention and his muscles are growing bigger. But he says he has felt no difference in the recovery time because he still feels sore even after taking this product. He does not know if he will buy another bottle or not. He will try the current bottle for the second month and see how it goes. Apparently, the product is not helping him.

The customer really likes this company’s products. He claims the customer service will really assist you to solve your issue. He had let a particular exercise routine go. He thought if he started it up again that every muscle in his body would be sore. He exercised using that intense workout and he took the product after the workout. To his surprise, he felt great after the workout and he was not that sore at all. He rated the product 5-stars and he has no minor issues to write about. He says they are not serious enough that would stop him from continuing to use the product. The first one is the “unflavored” flavor which has a slight Lemon/Citrus flavor if that would be an issue for other customers. The second “alert” is that normally the customer does not usually wash his water bottle but every week or two because it was water. He reasoned this supplement would be a harmless addition to the water. He claims that after using the product with water the next day his container had a “mushroom-funky’ smell. It is easily remedied by washing the container more frequently and with warm water and soap.

This product is used for anytime energy, endurance, and muscle repair. It easily mixes up using a spoon or toss it in a shaker. The company asks what is the best source for energy–their drink of course. Their drink has no sugars or carbs (it is probably pretty tasteless) so why drink coffee, sugary energy drinks, or soda. The drink has wonderful flavors that will whet your appetite while you enjoy the benefits of the drink. The drink can be used for any time–as we mentioned before– before the workout, during the workout, or after the workout.

Feedback: The product has had over 1800 reviews written about it. The customer says the drink is for him. He loves the Fruit Punch and Green Apple flavors. He won’t drink coffee or soda anymore because of this drink. The customer says it does not give him that “jittery” feeling other energy drinks have given him. He rated the product 5-stars. He writes the product is a great pre-workout energy drink but he does not write whether the product is a good post-workout product or not. This negative review really does not make sense at all. The customer writes the flavor is ok and the customer does not know why the flavor is off. The customer is not looking for why the drink taste is off but the customer does not reveal any other benefits the product has given them. The customer rated the product 3-stars which does not make a lot of sense either. If the product tastes bad then why rate it 3-stars?

The customer says the product gives him a boost whenever he needs it. He drinks it at work every day so he can have a needed boost. He drinks it before his martial art workouts as well and he feels fine during and after the workouts. The customer is dieting and says he was very fortunate to have come across this drink. It gives him the energy he needs to sustain him throughout the day. The customer does not consume carbs while consuming this drink and the user says they have bought the product 3 times and he will continue to use it. The customer is happy to avoid sugary drinks. The customer rated the drink 5-stars. Another customer writes they drink the product midway through their workout. This gives them the energy to make it through the rest of their workouts. They started drinking it after the workout and it helped them recover from the workouts quicker. The customer writes you can take the product anytime during, before, or after the workout the customer notes. The product does not give you that “jittery” feeling.

The customer says the product hits pretty hard. (He does not say how) The sour flavors never get exhausting and taste milder than the fruit punch and blue raspberry. The sour flavors are green apple and lemon-lime. The customer rates the product 5-stars. But the customer does not write how the product hits hard or how it is helping his body after his workouts. We need more detail from this customer to know why we should buy this product as he recommends us to. The customer says she drinks the product at work–she works nights–it gives her the needed boost she needs to make it through work. She absolutely loves the cherry-limeade flavor which contains no calories and it gives her the energy without the “jitters”. She never developed the taste for coffee (good for her) so this is her “coffee” drink. She rates the product 5-stars and this is her third shipment of the product.

The product has no description written about it so we do not know how it will benefit us or what the ingredients are in the product. The company does not say what its product will do for the human body. The company does not declare if the product will help with post-recovery after a workout or not. What if the product contains ingredients that some people may be allergic to? What if the customer could have an allergic reaction to some of the ingredients that could be life-threatening? The company does not say if the product has artificial or natural ingredients in it. Product descriptions are must-have when products are advertised on Amazon. These are critical in the decision-making process for potential customers. People like to know what they are buying and putting into their bodies.

Feedback: The product has had only 17 reviews written about it. The first customer engages in Crossfit exercises early in the morning and drinks the product before the workouts. The product really helps the customer when he engages in one-rep heavy workouts. He has energy through the morning and through the afternoon. The customer also has less soreness after his workouts and he says the lemon-lime flavor is tasty. The customer rated the product 5-stars. This customer tried the product because of the great reviews he read about it. He drank the lemon-lime and he spat it out. He claims it has a chemical taste and it does not taste like lemon-lime at all. He will return the product because he does not like it. He thinks he may have received a bad batch but another person loved the lemon-lime flavor. Maybe the customer did receive a bad batch. The customer rated the product one-star.

The customer says he is addicted to the product. He drinks it 30 minutes after his CrossFit workouts. He is ready to go attack wods–“Workouts of the Day–and the drink tastes great too. He has been using it for 3 weeks at the time of the review writing. It would be interesting to see what he thinks of the product after using it for 6 months. This review may be written a little early in the game because he has been taking it only for 3 weeks. He rates the product 5-stars but again this could be premature. The customer started working out again and he felt very sore after working out. He started drinking this product and he is not as sore as he used to be after working out. He feels more energy through the day and less hungry after the workout. I wonder if this product is practical to be used as a weight loss agent. The agent highly recommends the product.

Another customer says he noticed a difference right away. He is losing weight and he drinks the product if he works out for less than one hour. You would think if he worked out for less than an hour that he would not need a workout recovery supplement. The customer rates the product 4-stars which is odd. He says the product is helping him and it would seem like it would rate the product more than 4-stars. Another female customer says it is a great workout recovery and that is about it. The customer does not say how the product benefitted her workout recovery or helped build her muscle mass.

The company claims that the exact 4mg dose will make the body 40% stronger. They say clinical research shows the product will increase 5 rep exercise will strengthen the body by over 40% because it contains Betaine–a crystalline powder that contains many compounds found in plant juices–This is supported by research but the company does not detail the specifics of the research. This is always suspicious when companies do not supply the results of the supposed research. Betaine is the hottest new muscle building ingredient. It builds lean muscle quickly and effectively, again, this is what the company claims. The 2 grams of taurine is clinically proven to increase endurance in athletes. But the proof is not recorded so it makes one wonder if the proof is valid. Further, the company claims that powerful phytonutrients in cherry tarts are proving to support recovery training through the reduction of post-workout pain. It also fights catabolism–muscle breakdown. The product has added electrolytes added to the ingredients to replenish electrolytes lost during the workout. This makes the formula complete.

Feedback: This customer never tried this company’s product before. He had been using other products and these products were supplying good results for the customer. He did not want to spend money on products that he was not familiar with. So, he tried this product–which he was generously supplied with which means he got it for free–and he says it worked great for him. He is hooked on the product and he now buys the supplements. It makes one wonder if this is a fake review because he received it for free. The customer also says the product tastes great and does not have the fake flavor other reviewers say it had.
