Best Vitamin D Supplements

(Last Updated On: November 8, 2018)

Typically, vitamin D is found in liver and fish oils and it will help absorb calcium in the body. It will prevent rickets(this causes bad calcification and softening in the child’s bones) children and osteomalacia(the softening of the bones) in adults. It is important than that children and adults receive ample levels of vitamin D. What better source to get vitamin D than in supplements? It is said that if spend time in the sun that this is a very good source for vitamin D. So it is critical that children and adults do not have vitamin D deficiencies because the results could be serious. It goes hand in hand that if vitamin D helps to absorb calcium that you need the proper levels in the body to avoid bone softening. The bones become soft and brittle and they are very easy to break and they probably will take longer to heal. This may be because they were weak in the first place.

Benefits and Uses: The product is said to be USDA certified organic Vitamin D and this means it is truly a vitamin D vitamin. The company claims this vitamin D is the same form that is found in the human body. It is gluten, soy, nut, and wheat free. It is an all natural vitamin product. The product has been tested for GMO and it GMO-free according to the company. No test results were offered in the product description. The product is made with the highest-quality ingredients and it is manufactured in an FDA GMP-certified facility. The company personally backs their vitamins with a 365-day money back guarantee and this is quite a generous money-back guarantee the company offers.

Feedback: The customer has a history of vitamin D deficiency for a long time. The doctor wanted the customer to supplement the vitamin D and the customer came across this brand. The customer tried the brand and the vitamin D began to absorb into the body the way it is supposed to. The customer’s vitamin D levels went to the healthy level after the customer was taking these vitamin D products. The customer took other brands but they saw no marked improvement to the body. They are taking vitamin B from the same company and they feel well. The customer rated the product 5-stars and they will continue to buy these supplements

The customer really likes vitamin D because it has been helping her and her mother at so many levels. The client says the mother and the client split the vitamin D supplements and it lasts for about 5 months. The customer says the vitamin D helps to maintain the health of the bones and teeth, supports the nervous system, immune system, and brain. It will also regulate insulin levels and help with diabetic management, lung function, cardiovascular, and influence the expression of genes that cause cancer. I have never heard that vitamin D can alter the expression of genes that cause cancer. This seems unlikely that vitamin D can prevent or slow down of cancer in the human body. There are no experiments to substantiate this claim. The customer says that the lack of vitamin D can cause depression and that the person who is deficient in vitamin D should be checked out by a doctor. The lack of vitamin D can lead to depression and mental illness.

Best Vitamin D Supplements

The customer really likes the pills because they are easy to swallow. This is all the customer writes and the client does not detail any benefits the vitamin D offered them. The customer rated the product 5-stars but they do not detail why they rated the product so high or what benefits the vitamin D provided the client. This is not a review that has a lot of selling points in it. The customer says the product contains corn byproducts, in fact, it contains a lot of corn byproducts the customer writes. The customer says the product could not return it and the customer rated the product 1-star because of the corn byproducts. This is not a good reason to return the product or rate it only one-star. I am not an expert but it seems like corn byproducts are not harmful to the human body. Another customer says they like all the kick one pill contains and they have doubled up on consuming these vitamin D pills so they will stay healthy.

The customer says that the pill is perfect for swallowing the perfect size that is. The client has trouble swallowing pills and the client was afraid they would be too big for the customer to swallow. The pills were perfect for the client to swallow and the customer chews the pills and swallows them with water. The vitamin D pill is very water soluble and it has a nice clean taste. It does not taste too vitaminy or too mediciny the customer claims. It makes the customer feel good and they recommend this pill for people who have trouble swallowing pills as this customer has. The customer says the product deserves a 5-star rating but the customer does not really say why. The review needs more solid content explaining the additional benefits of vitamin D.

The customer says the pill is a little bigger than an aspirin. The customer also says the pill has a nice taste even after the pill sits on the client’s tongue for 5 seconds. This is all fine but how is the vitamin D helping the customer feel better? Is the customer less likely to catch a cold because they have increased the vitamin D consumption? The client rates the product 5-stars but the client really does not explain why they gave it the highest rating. These are brief reviews that supply the customer with no incentive to want to purchase this vitamin D supplement. We need more substantial evidence to convince to buy the vitamin D and how it will help us if we consume the vitamin D.

Bronson Vitamin K2 (MK7) with D3 Supplement – Vitamin D & K Complex Premium Non GMO & Gluten Free Formula, 120 Capsules

q? encoding=UTF8&ASIN=B0771R5L28&Format= SL250 &ID=AsinImage&MarketPlace=US&ServiceVersion=20070822&WS=1&tag=balancemebeau 20&language=en US - Best Vitamin D Supplementsir?t=balancemebeau 20&language=en US&l=li3&o=1&a=B0771R5L28 - Best Vitamin D Supplements

Benefits and Uses: The product has vitamin D3 and K2 and the company claims that people know what benefits vitamin D provide. But they do not know that vitamin D needs vitamin K to maximize its potential. This is what the company claims but I have never heard that vitamin D needs any help from another vitamin to be effective in the human body. The formula will also strengthen the bones and it will help the calcium to absorb into the bones. Additionally, the product will distribute the calcium to where it is needed the most in the bones. This is where the body needs it the most. It has the best ingredients and it is manufactured in an FDA approved and GMP certified facility. The company says that the product has been recommended by the top nutritionists and Dr. Linus Pauling. a Nobel prize-winning, scientist. The company offers a 365-day money back money guarantee with no hassles with the return. This is a generous money back guarantee.

Feedback: The customer says for most of the year he was low on vitamin D and his doctor wanted him to consume vitamin D supplements to increase the levels in his body. She wanted him to purchase vitamin D gels. But he could not find them where he lived so he bought these online. He liked the fact, that there was vitamin K in the mix because it makes the vitamin D more readily available in the body. All of this is unofficial as it is based on the client’s research and the client is not an expert. The pills seem to be helping the client but he does not really elaborate on how they are helping him. In fact, he does not list any benefits the product has provided for his body. He rates the product 5-stars but he gives no indication why he rated the product 5-stars this type of information is critical to have in these reviews. The customer believes he will be buying more of these supplements.

The customer says they had anxiety and depression and they tried so many different types of prescription drugs but it made it only worse. The customer gave up on the prescription drugs and tried this supplement. The customer says the supplement increased the energy levels and within a week the depression and anxiety were gone. The customer says their mind and emotions are no longer in a fog. I am not sure what the source of this client’s anxiety and depression were but this drug supposedly cured the mental issues the customer was facing. I do not know that these types of supplements can cure anxiety and depression for the product description does not say this is a benefit of this supplement. The customer says the product is worth 5-stars.

This is a very general and confusing review. The customer says they do know if the supplement is helping them or not. They say the supplement is ok so it is helping the customer or not? Who knows the customer just does not make it clear one way or the other. The customer rates the product 3 stars which makes no sense based on the fact that the customer doesn’t even know if the product is helping them or not. The review brings no selling value.

This customer makes a broad and I mean broad generalization that they cannot prove. They say everyone is deficient in vitamin D and the average diet lacks sufficient amounts of vitamin D in it. The customer has no way to prove this assertion and the customer is not an expert in nutrition. Vitamin D is supposed to strengthen the bones and prevent the bones from becoming soft and brittle. If everyone was lacking in vitamin D then everyone would have soft and brittle bones. This does not seem to be the case among the masses of the world. The customer bought this product for self, mother, nieces and all family members and the client rates the product 5-stars. The customer does not detail if the supplements are helping the client or anyone the client bought the supplement for. This review really has no selling value for potential customers.

This customer writes a very accurate review indeed. The customer says they are 65 years-old and they bruise easily without taking the vitamin K. The client consulted with the doctor before taking this product. The doctor said it was ok to take this supplement. The customer wisely advises other customers to check with their doctors before they take these supplements. The customer says because of the vitamin K in this supplement the bruising has been reduced significantly. It also helps the supplement contains vitamin D. The client rates the product 5-stars. This is a review that will help to sell this product.

NatureWise Vitamin D3 5,000 IU for Healthy Muscle Function, Non-GMO in Cold-Pressed Organic Olive Oil,Gluten-Free

Benefits and Uses: The product is certified olive oil with vitamin D. It supplies support for teeth and bone health and promotes healthy muscle function. It is now clear how a vitamin D supplement can help with muscle function. The product is supposed to have the same type of vitamin D that the body produces from being exposed to the sun. The vitamin D council advises an adult take 5000 iu daily to maintain the right levels of vitamin D. The company says the vitamin D gels are easier to swallow. They are also more bioavailable to the body then tablet forms the company claims. The product is able to support bone health and the immune system. The product has been tested by third parties to be pure and potent again another claim by the company.

Feedback: The product has had over 5,000 reviews written about it. According to Amazon, this is a best-selling product. The customer has MS and the doctor told him to take vitamin D. the customer chose this product and likes that the pill is small. The customer says that after taking the product the vitamin D levels are normal. This is not a good review the customer said the first batch came all melted together. Many other customers complained about the same thing. The customer took the pill for 5 months and they had chronic diarrhea. The doctors localized the problem to this product. The customer warns if you have the same issues stop taking the product. This is really wrong if the pill gave this customer diarrhea for 5 months. The customer rated the product one-star.

Benefits and Uses: This product is said to have the same type of vitamin D that the body produces when it is exposed to the sun. The product has had over 3,000 reviews written about so it is a pretty popular vitamin D supplement on the market.

Feedback: This is not a positive review at all. The customer says they took this product because they had a vitamin D deficiency and because they liked the idea that it had coconut oil in it. The customer started taking the supplement and their vitamin D levels dropped dramatically. This was reflected in her blood test. The very levels this product is supposed to increase decreased in her body. This is a very serious issue. The client rated the product one-star.

Bronson Vitamin D3 2000 IU Certified Organic Vitamin D Supplement, Non-GMO, USDA Certified, 360 Tablets

q? encoding=UTF8&ASIN=B01DWISLWA&Format= SL250 &ID=AsinImage&MarketPlace=US&ServiceVersion=20070822&WS=1&tag=balancemebeau 20&language=en US - Best Vitamin D Supplementsir?t=balancemebeau 20&language=en US&l=li3&o=1&a=B01DWISLWA - Best Vitamin D Supplements

Benefits and Uses: The company says the product is certified organically by the USDA. The company says that only products with the USDA logo on it are truly organic. I have never heard this assertion before. It has to be a product can be truly organic whether it has the logo or not. The company also claims this product contains the same type of vitamin D as the body produces.

Feedback: The customer has psoriasis and just started taking the product. They don’t know if the product will help them or not. They still rated the product 3-stars. The customer should have waited until they took the product for a longer period of time before recording a review. The review absolutely indicates no benefits the product supplies for the client. Another customer complains about the product contains some artificial corn ingredients. They are very disappointed in this observation. The customer rated the product two-stars. I do not think that the product has corn ingredients in it is a major issue.

Conclusion:

We have covered some vitamin D supplements in the article. They are supposed to increase vitamin D levels in the body. This is what they are designed to do. There was one client who took one of these supplements and the vitamin D levels dramatically dropped in the body instead of increasing the levels. This is a serious issue. Most of the supplements reviewed say the vitamin D in the product is the same vitamin D the body produces.
