Ok, is this a serious inquiry or a joke. Who heard of mixing ginger, cucumber, (come on!) and lemonade together to flatten the stomach. This sounds more like you want to upset the stomach. Wouldn’t you vomit on a combination of ginger, cucumber, and especially lemonade. You would have an acid pool stirring in your stomach after drinking that combination.

You would get a flat stomach alright but not i the way you hoped for. You would get sick and not able to eat then you would lose weight and eventually your stomach would get flat.   • Make the mint infusion and put 10 mint leaves in a cup to boil in water. Once it boils let it sit for 5 minutes and when it’s ready save it.
  • Now get the lemon juice. First squeeze the lemon and then cut three zests out of it. You will put the three lemon zests in the lemonade later.
  • Now peel the cucumber and and blend it. Once you have done this put it in with the lemon juice and mint infusion.
  • Finally, get a liter and a half of spring water, and pour it in the glass with the mint infusion, lemon juice, and cucumber juice. Mix it all and put the the two teaspoons grated ginger, three lemon zests, and if it is favorable to you, another mint leave can go in the solution.
