3. HAMSA symbol meaning
In Sanskrit, the meaning of hamsa is swan. Throughout the ages, swans have been known for their elegance, grace, and gentle beauty. So it is not shocking to know that many practices and specializes in Hamsa yoga.
Hamsa posture is based on the symbology and characteristics of the swan; it is essentially “the way of the swan.” Often, swans represent gracefulness and peace.
