We all want to feel well, healthy, and energetic. We would all love to leap out of bed in the morning, ready to face the day. But most of us crawl out of bed after hitting snooze countless times, feeling like we have had no sleep whatsoever. So why do we feel this way? Tangerine essential oil is part of the citrus family of essential oils. Other citrus oils include Sweet Orange, Bitter Orange, Mandarin, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit, Bergamot, Petitgrain, Neroli (Orange Blossom) and Yuzu.
While Neroli essential oil is obtained from the flowers of the bitter orange tree and petigrain from the leaves and the twigs of the same tree, the other oils in the citrus family are all obtained from the rinds from their fruits.
Unlike the majority of essential oils which are steam distilled, these fruit rind oils are obtained by cold pressing the rind to extract the oil.

Also known as Rock Rose, Ambreine and Cistus oil, Labdanum essential oil has a history stretching back to Antiquity.
Native to the Mediterranean region, the Labdanum bush is a resin producing shrub that grows up to 3 meters high. In earlier times the sticky resin on its branches gathered in the hair of goats as they browsed the plants, and goat herders would comb the coats of the goats to remove the precious substance.
What is oxygenated water?
It’s water that is injected with extra oxygen under high pressure. It’s claimed that oxygenated water contains more oxygen than regular drinking water. In one study, five brands of oxygenated water were compared to drinking water. In four of the five brands, it was found that there was more oxygen in the oxygenated water than the drinking water. The fifth brand had an equal amount of oxygen as the drinking water. What good is having more oxygen in the oxygenated water if it won’t be absorbed into the body anyway?
