The Best Sunscreen for Oily Skin
In the nature of things, sunscreen and oily skin do not go hand in hand. This strikes me as a strange combination to use sunscreen on oily skin. But people with oily skin need to have a perfect sunscreen to protect their faces. A sunscreen that will not feel greasy when they apply it to the face. The last thing a person with oily skin wants or needs is a sunscreen that will add excess oil to an already oily surface. Ideally, the perfect sunscreen for oily skin will have a high SPF rating and absorb the oil from the skin not add to it. Of course, the product must not clog the pores which will prevent the natural oils from the skin to be released. It needs to reduce the sweating and protect the skin from sunburn and other related damage the sun can inflict on the skin. It would be nice not to deplete the bankroll for the product either. We want to make sure the sunscreen will not absorb all the oils so the skin is left dry and flaky looking. An unsightly combination would be oily skin that is sunburn and has red dry splotches on the skin. Do not give hope there are sunscreen products out there to meet your unique needs if you have oily skin.
Benefits and Uses: This product is non-greasy but it is $20.00 for a small bottle. It may go a long way with one little dab. We need to find this out. This may be a bad value for the money you get only 3 oz. for $20.00. Like it was mentioned above the product does have one benefit it is non-greasy which is perfect for oily skin. The product won an award in 2017 as the best “beach and support sunscreen.” It has no chemical sun blockers in it making it safe to use for all ages.
It is lightweight and non-greasy, as well as non-oily. It has no harmful chemicals in it. It is cruelty-free, paraben free, and it has no gluten or sulfates in it.
The reason it is cruelty-free is that the animals being of a natural instinct did not want to apply sunscreen to themselves because they wanted to get a golden tan. Since when does anyone put wheat in sunscreen? It seems like a lot of these companies include free of this or that which is nonsense. The products would not contain the elements anyway. A lot of products say they are cruelty-free when the product would not be tested on the animals in the first place unless the company is extremely sadistic. The product decreases the ultraviolet radiation of the sun from absorbing into the skin. May prevent skin cancer as well. It can be used on the body as well a the face.
Feedback: This customer loves the product and the fact that it has all natural ingredients. It rubs in nicely and it is still a battle to get it rubbed into family members skin. The husband does not like the accompanying “ghost face” and the little one squirms too much to rub the product in. But this product absorbs so quickly can rub it into the family member’s skin.
The customer said they have trouble with acne breakouts. This product had coconut oil in it which makes their acne breakouts even worse. The co-founder called and offered the customer an alternative moisturizer that would work even better than this product. The customer accepted it and it seems to be working well for the customer.
The customer thought if they did not get a resolution that the product was expensive and not effective. I am not convinced that coconut oil can make people break out. The customer also said the customer service was exceptional. You will not find a lot of co-owners contacting a customer on an individual basis and personally resolve the customer’s issue. This one did and this displays very good and personal customer service which is a lost art in today’s market.
The customer says he had used another product for years but he decided to give this product a try. The other company changed the formula of the other product basically wrecking it rendering it useless. Many people complained about this formula change. This product leaves a white film after you apply the customer warns. The white film doe does not bother him but it would look awfully strange to walk around with white film. The customer says there are two options get regular chemically-induced sunblock which contains carcinogenic chemicals and endocrine disruptors. I really doubt a company is going to put cancer-causing or endocrine-disrupting ingredients in the product. Or there is the sunscreen (like this one) that contains all natural ingredients and is supposed to be healthier and gentler on the skin. There may be other options than the two mentioned above.
The customer likes the product because t is free of a lot of harmful chemicals. The customer claims that because of the opaque zinc in the product it is more of a broad spectrum sunblock than a sunscreen. This cannot be true because the company who made the product specifically said it was a sunscreen, not a broad spectrum sunblock. The customer says the zinc will make the skin turn white but if you are pale it will not be noticeable.
The customer also says this product does not irritate the skin. They say it is good for those who want to go out and do some yard work or for kids who want to jump in the pool. The customer says if you are looking for a non-chemical sunblock this is a great choice. It will not cause rashes and breakouts like some of the other chemically-induced sunscreens will. I have used regular sunblock/sunscreen for years and I never had rashes or breakouts. It is not a common occurrence for people to get rashes or breakout with acne while applying regular chemically-induced sunblock. I am not sure where the customer is getting their information from but it sure doesn’t sound accurate. These sunblocks also are not known to irritate the skin as the customer suggests.
Benefits and Uses: The product has an SPF rating of 30 which is ok but not very strong. The product will prevent freckles, (if that is a concern,) age spots, wrinkles, and dark spots. Offers outstanding protection against the ultraviolet rays of the sun. It will stop aging from sun damage as well. It is anti-greasy and is free of oils. It will nourish and moisturize the skin. It almost sounds like it is a moisturizer as well as a sunscreen. It will protect against the UVA and UVB rays of the sun. It contains beeswax which contains rich nutrients to keep the skin healthy. It will give the skin a youthful glow. It supports the workings of the anti-aging VIDI vitamin C serum. It is made in facilities that are approved by the FDA in the United States.
Feedback: The customer is an older client. She likes the product because it absorbs easily into the skin and rubs well into the pores. It can be used with makeup and it can be used independently too. She has been using it for a month and she is very happy with the product. It does not burn, irritate, or make the skin breakout. It did not make the skin itch either. She spent too much time in the sun in the summer and she can confide that the product does work. The consistency is thick but the product does rub in well. A little dab goes a long way and a tube will last her a long way.
This customer says this is her second bottle and she really likes the product because she can apply her makeup to the product easily. She has very sensitive skin and it reacts with beauty products too much. her skin will react to other products and she will develop bumps on the skin. She had used it for two weeks and she loves the way the texture feels on her skin. She says there is a lot of product in the container and despite the fact the product contains all natural ingredients the price is right. It is a good product she writes. She likes it also that with this product she is getting double SPF protection for the skin.
The customer loves the product because it has SPF in it to protect her face. This also means she does not have to put sunscreen over her moisturizer anymore. She loves it for that reason as well.
The customer loves the product because it has SPF in it to protect her face. This also means she does not have to put sunscreen over her moisturizer anymore. She loves it for that reason as well. Yet this customer has tried it for a week and has seen no change or anything different about the skin. The customer loves the smell though. Another says it is thicker than they thought it would be. This is the extent of the review. No more detail is given. For a two-star rating there really should have been more detail as to why the customer thought so poorly about the product. Another customer says the product leaves a white, pasty residue. This reviewer gave it a low rating of two stars as well. But they give no more detail other than the paste comment. Surely, there were other things about the product they did not like because of the low rating they gave it.
Benefits and Uses: The product has many uses it is a concealer, sunscreen, skin tone enhancer, and moisturizer. For the price they are charging for it there should be more than one function for it. Almost $27.00 per bottle may be a little steep. It protects against UVA and UVB rays but how much protection at SPF rating of 30 the product can give could be questionable. It conceals imperfections, age spots, and redness keeping the skin nourished and moisturized all day long. It has in the formula ingredients that promote elasticity keeping the skin firm and young-looking. It has elements in it that have anti-aging and skin smoothing properties. The elements also have anti-wrinkling properties.
Feedback: The customer says said it fits the tone of her skin well. It has good coverage and she really likes the product. She tried a sample and liked it so much she bought a full bottle. In other products, she used light beige or medium beige. She has received a lot of compliments on her skin since she started using the product. It does not leave her skin look powdery and she does not need to wear foundation or sunscreen. She only wears this product now. This customer says this product rounds out her morning routine and the SPF 30 helps to protect her skin. It evens out her complexion and it does not feel cakey or pasty on her skin. She says it applies to her face lightly and she doesn’t even know she has it on.
The customer says the product gives good coverage and it is reasonably priced. The client prefers a sunscreen that has a lighter feel when applied to the skin. This product goes on too heavy for the customer and they do not like it for this reason. A few of the customers said it applied so lightly to the skin they could not feel it. This contradicts what this person is writing that it goes on too heavy.
Benefits and Uses: The product is said to be an award-winning sunscreen. It has sheer coverage if used independently or it can be applied with makeup. It does apply easily and it offers good coverage on the skin. It has an SPF rating which isn’t the strongest but it offers some protection. It works the best on the sensitive and acne-prone skin. The way to apply is as follows: Rub it on the back of the hand until the powder shows, apply it on the desired area, apply it every 2 hours for protection against the damage radiation from the sun.
Feedback: The customer says it is so natural and it does not sink into the wrinkles. What the customer means by it being natural is not explained. This should be explained in the details. The assumption could be that the product applies so naturally with the skin tone it blends in seamlessly and you do not know where the real skin begins and the product ends. This customer is disgusted with the product because they say you can hardly see it when you apply to your skin. The applicator wastes a lot of the powder and it is overpriced. The client writes to much product is wasted in the application process anyway this is what is implied.
The customer says the 50 product comes out way too fast. So, the customer bought the 30 product but it has issues in the application phase as well. The customer says she never knows if she is getting enough of the sunscreen product to protect her face. Too little comes out on the applicator brush. She will not be buying this product again. It was a disappointment to her. The customer says the brush is very complicated to get back into the bottle. The customer ordered medium and it looks too red on her skin. She does not have a light complexion either.
Benefits and Uses: This is a water-resistant sunscreen that is designed to be used for water and boating sports. The SPF rating gives you a superior protection against the UVA and UVB rays of the sun. It will even protect the skin when you are sweating which is a pretty good benefit. It will not leave the skin oily and it dries very quickly. The sunscreen product will not run into the eyes either. It is great for outdoor sports and it can be applied to the whole body. Most sunscreens can be applied to the whole body.
Feedback: The customer says the product applies smoothly and it goes on invisibly you cannot tell you are wearing it. The customer says it is an estrogen disruptor ( I don’t know about that) and that it releases as much estrogen as a female would produce in one day. He warns the males and pregnant females. How does he know it releases as much estrogen as a female would produce in one day? I cannot see a sunscreen releasing the female hormone-estrogen either? This review sounds very strange indeed.
